Very refeshing with a light and flavourful lemon character tempered with a spring fresh hints of apple-like camomile. The first know instance of herbs being collected for the purpose of ingesting them took place by our Neanderthal relatives living in Iran 60,000 years ago. So raise a cup to the past ! !
