Decaffeinated at the green leaf stage and then processed normally. Gives a true malty taste with gold red highlights. Superb colour and very full bodied. Excellent in the early a.m. or p.m.
Irish Breakfast (De-Caff) has been classed as exceptional or rare tea, it has 98%+ Ethical Tea Partnership and is 50%+ Fair Trade
It is also a high Polyphenol Antioxidant Tea (8.85%)
This tea makes a great Iced-Tea too, please make a note that top quality tea may cloud when iced (its OK) due to their naturally high flavonoid/polyphenol levels.
